Cervical cancer is one of the common cancers affecting women globally with an estimate of 528000 new cases and 266000 death among women each year .A disproportionate number of these cases (85%) and Death (87%) occur in the low and middle income countries .In Uganda cervical cancer contributes to 40% of all cancer death among women and is the leading cause of death of all cancers affecting women in the country. This is mainly because of late diagnosis mainly caused by expensiveness of the services like consultation, screening, Treatment and referral if the cancer is advanced etc (source WHO 2017).
